Four Aster hospitals listed among world’s best smart hospitals for 2026
DUBAI – Aster DM Healthcare has been recognised as the second-largest healthcare provider in the UAE and the 15th largest across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) by revenue, according to Healthcare Business International’s (HBI) 2025 report on the Top 100 for-profit hospital groups.
The ranking highlights Aster’s expanding influence in the regional healthcare landscape, driven by a combination of strategic growth, innovation, and patient-focused services. The recognition comes as the group continues to strengthen its integrated healthcare network across the GCC and beyond.
Earlier this year, four hospitals from Aster DM Healthcare were featured in Newsweek’s “World’s Best Smart Hospitals 2026” list, among just 350 hospitals globally. The accolade reaffirms the organisation’s commitment to technological innovation and digital transformation in medical care.
Healthcare Business International’s annual list analyses the largest for-profit hospital operators globally, ranking them by revenue performance and regional footprint. Aster’s position at number 15 across EMEA and second in the UAE underscores its robust financial performance and its consistent investments in infrastructure, talent, and digital health innovation.
